WELCOME BACK !

Hi Folks.

I spoke with most of you at Training but just in case you missed it....:

This season we will be in Division 1 which may be a little less difficult than last year. I'm hoping we will be able to focus on a good cup run off the back of more regular league wins!
In order to avoid the problems with injuries etc we now have a full squad but a couple of players have been signed to be called upon if needed, rather than have too many substitutes each week. The extra players will cetainly make it easier for us when players are injured or sick or simply want a weekend off to buy their parents a present! If you are having a weekend way or you are unavailable for other sports or whatever, please let me know as soon as you can and I can draft in the spare players. I'm certain we will need their services as the weeks progress and they will be keen to play.
Tim has confirmed he will be available more regularly to train the lads this season but this will, obviously, cost more. I will look again at our financial situation at Christmas and let you know if I need to put the fees up. I may struggle to get to some training sessions this year due to work commitments so Tim will be a great help. See you Sunday - DETAILS BELOW. Adam

Hi Folks,

If you have not done so, please let me have a cheque payable to Minchenden Youth F.C in the sum of £110 for the first half of the season. I also need 2 passport photos for the registration cards.

Training will resume at Ashmole school on Tuesday 7th September and matches should start on the 12th (confrimation still awaited).

Easter Period

Dear all,

There will be no game on Easter Sunday and no game on the 11th April due to lack of players (injuries and holiday commitments). It's unfortunate but we have been unlucky this season with our injury toll! I think the league will postpone the fixture for us rather than us concede because we will have pitches available until mid May now. Our next match will, therefore, be on the 18th April.

Our training sessions at the school have now come to an end. Training will resume on Tuesday 20th April ON GRASS AT BRAMLEY ROAD CLUBHOUSE.
